Welcome to the HouseLogix website. I’ve always believed that you can learn a lot about a company by understanding the story behind its founding.

Here’s our story:

Five years ago, I designed and built a custom home for my family. Having been a technology professional my entire career, it was important to me to create a secure, energy-efficient home with centralized lighting control, music everywhere, high definition TVs, color touch panels and all the modern conveniences.

While I love living in my smarthome and enjoy the benefits every day, the process I went through to get it was overwhelming. Not only was my home’s technology extremely expensive, but everything had to be "hardwired" in advance. We ran miles of cables and put an equipment room in our basement that looks like NASA's Houston Control Center. The project took more than two years to complete. The whole time I kept thinking, "there’s got to be a better way". As it turns out, there is. And that's why I founded HouseLogix.
