Ted Rosenberger President & Founder
Ted holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lafayette College and an M.S.E. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania. An experienced software engineer and successful entrepreneur, Ted personally authored several award-winning software applications during his 17 year career at Target Software, a commercial software firm that Ted founded in 1991. Ted sold Target Software to Cegedim of Paris, France in 2005 and remained with the company as its CEO of North America until 2008. In 2008, Ted co-founded HouseLogix with his colleague Chris Allen. As the President of HouseLogix, Ted's current professional focus is delivering the promise of the integrated smarthome to Eastern Pennsylvania homeowners. He is passionate about building a culture of great service as HouseLogix establishes itself as the area's most reputable home automation firm.
Outside of work, Ted is a leader in local philanthropic causes. He is President of the Board of the Allentown Art Museum and is actively involved with other non-profit organizations such as Allentown Rescue Mission, Second Harvest Food Bank, Lehigh Valley Hospital, KidsPeace, The Allentown Symphony, the American Red Cross, the Fund to Benefit Children & Youth and Moravian Academy. Ted is also an experienced commercial pilot and sits on the Board of the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority.

Chris Allen Vice President & Co-Founder
Chris Allen is a graduate of Messiah College where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems. Chris brings more than a decade of information technology experience to HouseLogix. Chris is a computer hardware and networking expert with extensive experience managing IT systems for both small and large companies. Chris also has a strong background in home electronics and the integration of HVAC, Lighting, Audio, Video and wireless networking hardware in smart home applications. Chris oversees the operational end of the HouseLogix business and is responsible for ensuring that each of our projects are delivered on time, on budget and with total professionalism.

Jonathan Deily Field Service Manager
After serving for four years in the United States Air Force, Jonathan received his degree in microelectronics. He began his civilian career as a computer technician at Microapex. Jonathan later worked as a network server specialist at Agere and a Senior Technician at Kidspeace before joining HouseLogix in 2008. Jonathan is an expert on personal computers, laptops, servers and networking. He is a problem solver and enjoys overcoming complex installation and configuration challenges for HouseLogix customers. His focus at HouseLogix is ensuring that each of our technicians provide expert installations and responsive and courteous service, with minimal disruption to our customers' households.
In addition to his passion for technology, Jonathan enjoys the competition of volleyball, softball, and golf. He also has a fervor for cars and driving.

Ryan Quinby Lifestyle Engineer & Project Manager
Ryan Quinby earned a bachelor of sciences degree in business management from Pennsylvania State University and has worked in the technology integration field since. With extensive training in Control 4 systems and experience working in residential and commercial settings, Ryan specializes in designing systems to meet the lifestyle demands of an active household. Ryan sharpens his business skills at bi-monthly round table business discussions with the Pottstown SCORE.
Outside of the office, Ryan's hobbies include mountain biking, cooking, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
