Supports 2.5.3+

This driver integrates the Sonance Sonamp Multi-Channel Power Amplifier with SONARC (DSP 8-130) into Control4 systems.

Control4 does not natively support DSP devices (mixing channels) so the device operates as a normal matrix such that Control4 can understand it. If you wish to do DSP mixing (example: mixing a hostess' microphone with the main channel), then it needs to be set up permanently in the web UI.

Note: Output Sources A-D in the web interface correspond to 1-4 on the device.

Driver Features:

  • Discrete volume control over each channel
  • Discrete mute capabilities
  • Input/output switching as needed for standard Control4 bindings to function
  • automatically
  • Set each channel EQ Preset (total of 50) as a Device Specific Command in programming
  • Set each channel Stereo or Mono also using a Device Specific Command
  • Basic Properties page with read-only information as possible (e.g.: read in device
  • firmware, make, model, etc.)

Driver License:  Site (one required per project)

v1.3
 - Add support for discrete volume control. See overview for details.

v1.2
 - Added Digital Coax and Optical Audio Classes for all inputs and outputs.

v1.1
 - Added Mute Toggle support for C4-SR260 and C4-SR250 Remote Controls.
