Using this Control4 driver you now have the ability to integrate a dbx ZonePRO 1260 Digital Zone Processor into your Control4 project. Included are both stereo and mono versions. See the Documentation tab and images above for examples of configuration.

OVERVIEW

This driver integrates a dbx Zone Pro audio switch into your Control4 project. To use this driver drag dbx_zonepro_as into the project and follow the setup instructions below.

HARDWARE SETUP

1. Connect outputs and inputs to device

1. Scan for devices by using Address Tool or manually add device by model.

2. If the device already contains the project, request the configuration when the device goes online, otherwise follow the configuration using Configuration Wizard and then send to the device your created configuration.

3. Ensure that the device is in router mode by verifying that there is an RTE block for each output channel.

4. Check which node address has been assigned to the device by looking in the header bar of the window for (Node xx). Default node address is 32. This will need to be entered as a property in the Composer Setup

5. Software setup complete, move to composer setup.

COMPOSER SETUP

1. Drag driver into project and enter the IP Address of the device in the networking tab

2. Driver will come online. Enter the node address, adjust the volume increment if desired, and enter a license key.

3. In connections tab, connect inputs, outputs, and room selection.
i.e. Phone -> input 1
Speakers -> output 1
Room Selection Channel 1 SELECTION -> Bedroom
Room Selection Channel 1 VOLUME -> Bedroom

4. Refresh navigators and device is ready.

PROPERTIES

License Key: Used for licensing the driver

License Status: Current status of the license

Status: Indicates the network status of the device

Node Address: Address assigned to device in Software Setup
Range: 1-32 Default: 32 Recommended: 32

Volume Interval: Interval at which the device increments by when adjusting the volume level
Range: 1-15% Default: 1% Recommended: 3-5%

Debug Mode: Toggle mode for debugging
