SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted, all products are shipped by specified service through UPS. Products are typically shipped within 24 hours if orders are received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full authorization of credit card or purchase order. Same Day Shipping: Orders for In-stock items eligible for same day shipping must be received before noon EST, pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, HouseLogix will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
HouseLogix offers a 15-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 15 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Product must be in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees).
 
Refunds for products purchased after the 15 day period up to 45 days may be returned in original packaging and like-new condition by obtaining a valid RMA number, however, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
 
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Credit cards
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone) or whether you are a dealer or end user. At the time your order is placed, HouseLogix obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. HouseLogix accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. 
 
Debit Cards
Debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order, however they are accepted. 
 
SALES TAX
Applies only to product purchases within Pennsylvania that are not intended for resale. All products shipped to Pennsylvania much have a valid resale certificate on file otherwise sales tax will be charged. To sign up as a dealer and add the resale certificate, please log into your account and select the Dealer Application link under the Edit Account Section. 
 
WARRANTY
HouseLogix offers a 1-year limited warranty. HouseLogix will repair or replace products if, within 1 year from the date of purchase, due to a defect in materials, workmanship or functionality, it does not perform as specficied. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself; it does not cover charger for labor and/or installation of the product. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or reinstallation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event will HouseLogix be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore sections of the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent with, or in addition to, this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding on HouseLogix. HouseLogix recommends that you ship the product to HouseLogix using a carrier that offers shipment tracking. HouseLogix will not be responsible for any shipments lost or damages during shipping. HouseLogix will pay shipping costs of any replacement units. The consumer is responsible for shipping costs to send the units back to HouseLogix
